All programs are completely free and open to community members. Our programs address physical health, mental wellness, education, and social connection.

Obesity Awareness & Healthy Lifestyle
This program supports individuals and families in building sustainable healthy habits to prevent and manage obesity. Through practical education, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching, participants learn how to improve their diet, increase physical activity, and reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.

Newcomer Awareness, Education & Support
This program helps newcomers successfully navigate the healthcare system and adjust to life in Canada. We provide culturally sensitive education, language-friendly support, and guidance on accessing essential services. Participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed health decisions.

Elderly Health & Rehabilitation Support
Designed to promote independence and quality of life, this program offers support for seniors through wellness activities, mobility exercises, and social engagement. We focus on physical health, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being while providing a safe and supportive environment for aging with dignity.

Infant Health & Early Childhood Development
This program supports healthy growth and development in infants and young children. Parents and caregivers receive education on nutrition, developmental milestones, and early learning practices. The goal is to give every child a strong and healthy start in life.

Pre- and Post-Maternal Education for Moms
This program provides guidance and support for mothers before and after childbirth. Topics include prenatal care, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, mental health, and newborn care. We aim to empower mothers with knowledge, confidence, and community support during this important life stage.

Women's Health & Mental Well-being

Digital Health & Technology in Healthcare

Nutrition & Healthy Eating Program

Social Connection & Community Engagement

Preventive Health Screening Programs
Learn how to check blood pressure, blood sugar awareness, and understand health risk education. This program empowers community members with knowledge to monitor their own health and recognize early warning signs of serious conditions.
