Our free weekly classes are designed specifically for seniors, children with autism, and community members who want to stay active, learn new skills, and connect with others. Every class is led by experienced instructors who create a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Whether you're looking to improve your physical health through yoga and dance, support your child's development through specialized programs, or simply connect with your community — we have something for everyone.

Chair Yoga for Seniors
Gentle chair-based yoga designed specifically for seniors. Improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation without the need to get on the floor. Perfect for those with mobility limitations or who prefer seated exercises.

Bharatanatyam for Seniors
Traditional South Indian classical dance adapted for seniors. Improve balance, coordination, and cultural connection through graceful movements. Our experienced instructor guides participants through gentle Bharatanatyam poses and mudras, making this ancient art form accessible to all ability levels.

Yoga for Arthritis / Joint Pain & Inflammation
Specialized yoga class designed for individuals living with arthritis, joint pain, or chronic inflammation. Gentle, therapeutic movements help reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, and manage pain naturally. Evidence-based techniques adapted for all ability levels.

Saturday — Autism Kids Program

Autism Kids — Dance with Aj Master
Fun, inclusive dance class for children on the autism spectrum led by Aj Master. Through rhythm, movement, and music, children develop motor skills, social interaction, and self-expression in a supportive and sensory-friendly environment.

Autism Kids — Speech Assessment with Arts & Craft
Combined speech assessment and arts & crafts session for children on the autism spectrum. Children engage in creative activities while receiving speech and communication support. Followed by consultation with a Naturopathy Doctor who specializes in autism children's needs.

Basic English Class
Conversational English for newcomers and seniors. Build confidence in everyday communication in a friendly, supportive environment. Topics include greetings, shopping, healthcare visits, and community interaction.

Are the classes really free?
Yes! All our classes are 100% free. There are no membership fees, registration fees, or hidden costs. We are funded through community donations and sponsorships.
Do I need any experience?
No experience is needed for any of our classes. All classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors adapt to every participant's ability level.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing. For yoga classes, we provide mats and chairs. All materials are provided free of charge.
Who are the Saturday Autism Kids classes for?
Our Saturday program is designed for children on the autism spectrum. The program includes dance with Aj Master, speech assessment with arts & crafts, and consultation with a Naturopathy Doctor specializing in autism children's needs.
Do I need to register in advance?
While walk-ins are welcome, we encourage registration so we can plan accordingly. Call 416-625-1702 or email [email protected] to register.
